My truck was having issues going into Autostop and coming out of Autostop (when it actually went into it), it would struggle to get into first gear, almost stalling. The "service hybrid system" would pop up only once in a while, not staying on as a warning so I was unsure what was going on. I called Alec at iHybrid to see if I could get it checked out. My warranty for my hybrid battery had lapsed by over 8 months but he still took care of me regardless of no obligation to do so.

Got my truck back and it runs amazingly again and purrs like a kitten. Shifts so smoothly between Autostop and first gear. I'm beyond happy!! Alec is an amazing, honest businessman, super friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. If I could give him 100 stars I would in a heartbeat. And I will be recommending him and iHybrid to anyone needing a new, refurbished or just need some TLC of their hybrid battey vehicle. His employees are friendly, professional, and all around great guys! I'm super impressed with all aspects of my interaction with Alec and iHybrid Battery Inc. A super honest and trustworthy EV auto shop in the city!

I took my 2013 Fiat 500e (an older EV) to iHybrid to check the health of the battery and inspect the coolant system as part of routine maintenance. Another EV shop had already quoted me a cost over the phone without even fully diagnosing the car.

At iHybrid, the shop owner did a full battery diagnostic and also checked the coolant system at no cost, explaining that I would only be charged if there was actually something that needed fixing.

Everything came back in great condition—the battery, the coolant system, and the coolant itself—so I didn’t pay anything. Instead, I gained trust and built a great relationship with the owner.

I’m now upgrading to a 2020 Kona EV, and I’ll definitely be bringing it to this shop and catching up with the owner again!

Very good service, super price, and excellent product after care. With the refurbished battery, there is a one year warranty, and after iHybrid installed one to my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid, it had a module 5 fault within one week, which actually immobilized my vehicle. I contacted Alok, and he came to my place on the weekend to inspect the battery and change it to another refurbished one. They really take care of their batteries as if they still own it!
